Job summary

Salesloft, Inc. is seeking a strategic People Partner to act as a trusted advisor, aligning human capital strategies with business objectives. You will diagnose organizational gaps, coach leaders, and architect talent initiatives to support rapid growth and a high-performance culture.

You will collaborate with the People Business Partner team to design workforce plans, drive succession planning, and ensure equitable, compliant people practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Human Resources experience in a strategic partner role.
• Experience leading organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
• Experience coaching managers and senior leaders to improve performance and engagement.
• Experience independently handling employee relations and investigations.
• Ability to analyze workforce data (attrition, engagement, headcount, compensation) to guide decisions.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law; international exposure is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic deliverables with professionalism and judgment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
• Attention to detail with empathetic approach to employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute talent strategies, workforce planning, and organizational design.
• Provide executive coaching and capability building to leaders.
• Leverage Human Capital Analytics to improve engagement and retention.
• Lead Change Management initiatives to support scaling and transformation.
• Oversee employee relations matters, investigations, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and maintain company policies aligning with employment laws and strategy.
• Craft and deploy strategic communications for the organization.
