Conduent is seeking a Pension Benefits Services Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will assist participants with questions about their benefit plans and provide knowledgeable guidance based on plan provisions, primarily via inbound calls.

You will explain forms, complete transactions, and follow client-specific procedures. Training is virtual for 7–8 weeks, and the schedule is full-time with hours 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM local time.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• DB pension experience and defined benefit plan knowledge are a plus.
• Experience in benefits administration, pension services, or call center operations is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Improve participant decision-making by providing clear and accurate information regarding applicable plan provisions.
• Respond to participant inquiries via inbound calls and some outbound calls.
• Research and address client-specific questions following procedures.
• Complete transactions related to participant inquiries with limited supervision.
• Meet timeliness, accuracy, quality, and productivity standards.
• Document participant interactions in the case management system.
• Complete callbacks promptly and escalate issues when needed.
• Follow call center metrics, procedures, and guidelines.
• Explain forms and guide how to complete them.
• Adapt to the requirements of multiple clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of information.
• Follow company, client, privacy, and security policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
