Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Pension Benefits Administrator for a remote role. You will research pension questions, resolve issues, review benefit reports, and assist with accurate administration across multiple systems, with emphasis on Excel and SQL skills.

The position offers an 8-hour shift between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. ET, pay rates of $19.38–$24.23 per hour, and comprehensive benefits. Training provided, and candidates must be able to work independently and remotely.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel and able to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Triage and respond to participant issues involving eligibility and benefits.
• Review benefit reports and BRDs, taking appropriate action.
• Complete pension payment setups under supervision.
• Conduct research and provide detailed explanations for inquiries.
• Use PASS and other systems to complete pension administration tasks.
• Run queries and generate reports to support analysis.
• Collaborate with team to resolve unusual or complex issues.
