  • Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to resolve unusual or complex issues.
  • Maintain knowledge of applicable legal and regulatory changes, industry trends, and developments affecting retirement benefits, plan requirements, and Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs).
  • Perform other duties as assigned while complying with all applicable policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements

  • Must have the ability to connect to a modem or router using an Ethernet cable.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel beyond basic functions.
  • Familiarity with SQL, database queries, or reporting tools.
  • Experience with pension administration, retirement benefits, financial services, or benefits processing.
  • Experience researching customer inquiries, reviewing reports, or analyzing data.
  • Knowledge of pension plan provisions, benefit calculations, or retirement plan documentation.
