Job summary

Danone North America Medical Nutrition is seeking a Territory Manager – Pediatrics to drive sales and adoption of pediatric nutrition products across an assigned US territory. You will build clinical and commercial relationships with pediatricians, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and other providers, educating on product benefits and access options.

The role is remote/field-based with 40–50% travel; a hybrid work environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; business, nutrition, health sciences or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years sales experience in pharmaceuticals, nutrition, DME/HHC, or medical equipment; or 3 years clinical healthcare experience preferred.
• RD/RD credentials welcomed but not required.
• Experience with healthcare professionals (dietitians, nurses, PAs, physicians) desired.
• Proficient with MS Office, CRM, and virtual meeting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and accounts across the territory.
• Promote products to practitioners, dietitians, and nurses through consultative sales.
• Organize educational programs and events to drive product growth.
• Represent Danone Medical Nutrition at industry shows.
• Develop alliances with home healthcare/DMEs to expand distribution.
• Support access options including retail, e-commerce, and WIC.
• Educate providers on product selection for pediatric nutrition needs.
• Act as a credible resource for community practices and providers.
• Identify opportunities to increase provider confidence, trial, and utilization.
• Oversee budget for samples, events, and programs.
