Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a licensed mental health clinician to provide therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers via telehealth and in-person options. The role offers a part-time W2 track (20 hours/week) with a base salary plus a per-session incentive, and licensure sponsorship to work across states.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in at least one U.S. state.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in Blackbird's operating states (cost covered).
• One year of direct therapy experience with children/adolescents.
• One year of telehealth or virtual setting experience.
• Own phone, computer, and high-speed internet.
• Availability after 3:00 PM ET on weekdays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers both virtually and in person.
• Build relationships, assess needs, and educate families on therapeutic approaches.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care.
