Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a Part-Time Therapist (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) to deliver virtual and in-person therapy for ages 2–26 and their caregivers. Earn $45,000 base plus $70 per completed session beyond an 17-hour baseline, with fully remote hours and guaranteed caseload.

We sponsor licensure in operating states; core after-school hours are preferred. Join a collaborative team and support.children’s mental health in a flexible, remote role.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in at least one U.S. state.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in one or more operating states (licensure sponsorship provided).
• Minimum of one year direct care therapy experience with children/adolescents; telehealth experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers via virtual and in-person sessions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support engagement and progress.
• Maintain a full caseload and participate in weekly clinical consultations.
