Blackbird Health is seeking therapists to deliver virtual and in-person care to children and young adults (ages 2–26) and their families. You’ll join an interdisciplinary team focused on whole-child pediatric mental health.

The role offers flexible schedules, remote and in-person options, and a guaranteed caseload. Licensure in LCSW/LPC/LMFT and experience with telehealth are preferred.

Formación

• Experience in pediatric therapy or family-centered care.
• Experience delivering therapy via telehealth platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support engagement in treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
