Job summary

Blackbird Health is hiring licensed therapists to provide high-quality virtual and in-person therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults from 2 to 26, and their caregivers. You’ll join an interdisciplinary team, manage a full caseload, and support families with evidence-based therapy approaches.

We sponsor licensure in operating states, offer flexible remote scheduling, and handle credentialing, billing, and EMR so you can focus on clinical care.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in at least one US state.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in one or more operating states (licensure costs covered).
• Minimum one year of direct therapy with children/adolescents.
• One year of telehealth/virtual care experience.
• Own a phone, computer, and high-speed internet.
• Flexibility to work after-school hours (after 3pm ET) and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy to children, adolescents, young adults (ages 2–26) and caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships and assess treatment needs.
• Educate families on therapeutic approaches to foster progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
