Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking therapists to deliver virtual and in-person therapy for children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers. Join a collaborative team focused on evidence-based care and flexible scheduling, with options for remote or hybrid work.

We offer W2 part-time and 1099 contractor tracks, with guaranteed caseloads, weekly clinical consultation, and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland license: LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT.
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience.
• Available after 3:01 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends.
• Passion for family-centered, high-touch care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships and assess needs, supporting engagement in treatment.
• Provide high-quality virtual and in-person therapy with evidence-based approaches.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
