Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking licensed clinicians to provide therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26, as well as their caregivers. You’ll deliver high-quality virtual and in-person care, build meaningful relationships, and tailor treatment plans within an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), licensed professional counselor (LPC), or licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT).
• Minimum ~1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• Experience with telehealth or virtual settings.
• Available after 3:00 PM ET on weekdays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults aged 2–26.
• Deliver virtual and in-person mental health care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Handle credentialing, billing, insurance, and EMR prerequisites.
