Job summary

Blackbird Health seeks a part-time licensed therapist to provide virtual and in-person therapy to children and families. You will build relationships, support engagement in treatment, and educate families on evidence-based approaches alongside an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires independent licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) in at least one state, with licensure sponsorship and after-hours availability. Remote work offers guaranteed caseload and administrative support.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in at least one U.S. state.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in one or more operating states (licensure costs covered).
• Minimum 1 year of experience providing individual direct care therapy to children/adolescents.
• Experience in telehealth or virtual care settings.
• Own a phone, computer, and high-speed internet.
• Flexibility to work after-school hours (after 3pm ET) during weekdays or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships and educate families on therapeutic approaches.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support engagement and progress.
• Maintain a caseload with a focus on whole-child mental health.
