Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking therapists to provide high-quality virtual and in-person therapy for children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers. You will build meaningful relationships, assess needs, and support engagement in treatment across a collaborative team.

Roles include W2 part-time (20 hrs/week) with a $50,000 base plus per-session incentive, or 1099 contractor at $90 per completed session. Core schedule emphasizes after 3:00 PM ET, offering a flexible yet focused caseload.

Qualifications

• LCSW, LPC, or LMFT credentials required.
• At least 1 year of experience with children and adolescents.
• Experience in telehealth or virtual settings preferred.
• Available after 3:00 PM ET on weekdays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy to children, adolescents, and families via virtual and in-person sessions.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support engagement in treatment.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.
• Explain therapeutic approaches and foster long-term progress.
