Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking licensed clinicians to provide high-quality therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2–26) in a remote and telehealth-friendly setting. You will build strong therapeutic relationships with patients and families while working within an interdisciplinary team.

The role offers licensure sponsorship across operating states, a guaranteed caseload, and flexible scheduling with a strong emphasis on after-school and weekend time slots.

Qualifications

• Licensed in at least one US state as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in Blackbird's operating states (cost covered).
• Experience providing individual therapy to children/adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy to children, adolescents, young adults (2–26) and caregivers.
• Provide virtual and in-person services and engage families in treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
