Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking therapists (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) for virtual and in-person care to children and teens aged 2–26 and their families. The role offers W2 part-time scheduling of 20 hours per week, with a core window after 3:00 PM ET, and a guaranteed caseload.

Base pay is $45,000 annually plus a $70 per completed session incentive beyond the 17-hour baseline, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and PTO plus holidays. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Active clinical licensure as LCSW/LPC/LMFT in at least one state.
• Minimum 1 year of direct care therapy with children/adolescents.
• At least 1 year of telehealth or virtual therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to children, adolescents, young adults (2–26) and caregivers.
• Build treatment plans and support engagement in treatment.
• Maintain a guaranteed caseload with scheduling aligned to after-school hours.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and handle documentation.
