Blackbird Health is seeking licensed clinicians to provide virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. You will build strong therapeutic relationships, support engagement in treatment, and use evidence-based approaches to promote long-term progress.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescents.
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience.
• Available after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends.
• Active Maryland license: LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide care.
• Educate families on therapeutic approaches to foster progress.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families.
