Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking licensed therapists to deliver virtual and in-person mental health services to children, adolescents, and young adults, with caregivers involved. You will build relationships, tailor treatment plans, and educate families on evidence-based approaches, all while maintaining a guaranteed caseload.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in at least one U.S. state.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in one or more operating states (cost covered).
• Minimum 1 year of direct therapy with children/adolescents.
• 1 year of telehealth/virtual therapy experience.
• Own phone, computer, and reliable internet.
• Flexibility to work after-school hours (after 3pm ET) on weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy to children/adolescents and families via virtual or in-person sessions.
• Build meaningful relationships and tailor approaches to each patient’s needs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
• Maintain caseload and compliant documentation to support treatment progress.
