Blackbird Health is seeking licensed therapists to provide virtual and in-person therapy for children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers. You will foster strong patient relationships, assess needs, and guide families through evidence-based treatment plans within a supportive team.

We offer full-time and part-time W2 roles (20 hrs/week) with benefits, plus a 1099 option paying per completed session. The schedule emphasizes after 3:00 PM hours and peak windows, with a guaranteed caseload

Qualifications

• ~1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• ~1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience.
• ~ Available after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends.
• ~ Passion for family-centered, high-touch care.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships and support engagement in treatment.
• Educate families on therapeutic approaches for long-term progress.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide care.
