Job summary

Blackbird Health in Maryland is seeking licensed therapists to join our team delivering virtual and in-person therapy to children and families. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care and help families engage in treatment in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland license: LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT.
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience.
• Available after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends.
• Passion for family-centered, high-touch care.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers via virtual and in-person sessions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Educate families on therapeutic approaches and foster treatment engagement.
• Maintain patient engagement and monitor progress throughout treatment.
