Job summary

Blueberry is seeking a Customer Support Representative to deliver a reliable, high-quality experience across phone, email and chat in a fast-paced remote environment. You will support patients and doctors, follow established workflows, and document interactions to support continuity of care.

Ideal candidates are team players with strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable working nights and weekends, and capable of staying organized while handling multiple conversations.

Qualifications

• Prior customer support experience (phone, email, or chat).
• Experience working in remote or structured support environments is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple conversations at once.
• Reliability and ownership of scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support patients and doctors across phone, email, and chat channels
• Resolve questions efficiently while ensuring a clear, professional experience
• Follow established workflows and processes to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Document interactions clearly to support follow-up, collaboration, and continuity of care
• Use sound judgment to resolve issues independently and elevate when appropriate
• Maintain strong awareness of SLAs and prioritize work accordingly
