Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking a Care Support Representative to manage daily interactions with providers or partners referring patients. You will handle phone, email, and chat inquiries, resolving non-clinical questions and ensuring timely, accurate responses.

In this remote role, you’ll cover inbound calls roughly four hours daily, triage issues, listen actively, and collaborate with internal teams to provide compassionate support to mental health care patients.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in call-center, pharmacy, medical office, or startup.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and initiative.
• Clear, empathetic communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to handle inbound calls and triage issues.

Responsibilities

• Cover phone, email, and chat support; approximately four hours per day on inbound calls.
• Escalate and/or triage issues as needed.
• Display active listening and patience with customers.
• Interact with various teams to provide assistance and information.
• Solve routine and complex issues; escalate when needed.
• Perform additional duties as required.
