beBright is seeking a Patient Engagement Specialist to manage inbound and outbound patient communications across its pediatric dentistry network. The remote role runs 8am-5pm CST Monday-Friday, with a one-hour lunch break from 12pm-1pm.

You will focus on new patient conversion, scheduling, and recovering missed calls while documenting interactions in our systems. Requirements include a high school diploma, 1+ year in a call center or dental front office, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1 year of call center or dental front office experience required.
• Able to handle 80+ calls per day with quality.
• Proficient with multiple software platforms; strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary inbound contact for patients with professional scripting.
• Schedule appointments per practice guidelines and provider preferences.
• Educate patients on services, locations, and next steps (non-clinical).
• Address insurance and payment questions per policy.
• Document interactions accurately in PMS/CRM systems.
• Maintain schedule integrity through rescheduling and optimization.
• Meet call handling, quality, and productivity targets.
• Escalate non-standard requests to appropriate teams.
