Job summary

ANNA AUTISM CARE seeks a licensed psychologist to lead the diagnostic evaluation service for young children and supervise the psychometrist team. The role combines clinical judgment with remote supervision, using AI-assisted reporting tools to produce clear, payer-ready evaluations.

You will supervise psychometrist-administered assessments, review data, deliver feedback sessions to families, and ensure diagnostic accuracy and timely reports across telehealth and center-based activities.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in clinical, counseling, or school psychology required.
• 3+ years conducting autism diagnostic evaluations for young children, including ADOS-2 administration.
• Experience delivering diagnostic feedback to families of young children.
• 1+ years training or supervising testing staff (psychometrists, technicians, practicum students).

Responsibilities

• Lead Massachusetts diagnostic evaluation service for children 4 and under via psychometrist model.
• Train and supervise psychometrists remotely; review data; finalize reports with AI-assisted tools.
• Conduct evaluations via telehealth or in person as needed; deliver feedback sessions to families.
• Maintain clinical responsibility for every evaluation and ensure payer-compliant, clear reports.
• Oversee data quality, fidelity checks, and staff development for consistent administration.
