ANNA Autism Care in Missouri seeks a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to conduct diagnostic evaluations for young children under 6, via telehealth or in person. You will manage the full evaluation lifecycle, including record review, caregiver interview, assessment administration, differential diagnosis and family feedback, with a neurodiversity-affirming approach.

This independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling, credentialing support, and collaboration with ANNA's clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Clinical or School Psychology (PhD or PsyD).
• Active, unrestricted Missouri psychologist license in good standing.
• 3+ years pediatric diagnostic evaluations including autism-specific assessment.
• Proficiency with gold-standard and telehealth-adapted instruments (ADOS-2, ADI-R, TELE-ASD-PEDS, Vineland-3, or equivalents).
• Ability to deliver evaluations via telehealth, in person at ANNA's Missouri centers, or both.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children under 6 via telehealth or in person at ANNA's Missouri centers, including developmental history, caregiver interview, standardized assessment, and behavioral observation.
• Select and administer a defensible battery matched to the delivery setting, from gold-standard in-person instruments to telehealth-adapted tools.
• Formulate differential diagnoses distinguishing ASD from language, developmental, and behavioral presentations.
• Produce comprehensive written reports meeting payor medical-necessity standards.
