Job summary

ANNA in Massachusetts seeks a Supervising Psychologist to lead diagnostic evaluations for children 4 and under, using a psychometrist model with remote supervision. The role trains and oversees psychometrists, reviews data, finalizes AI-assisted reports, and delivers family feedback via telehealth.

Part-time, 10–20 hours per week, flexible scheduling. Doctoral- level licensed psychologist, MA license, 3+ years autism evaluation experience, and telehealth delivery comfort are required.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology and MA license required.
• 3+ years autism diagnostic evaluation experience in young children.
• Experience training or supervising testing staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostic formulation and reporting for under-4 evaluations.
• Sign evaluation reports and hold clinical responsibility for the psychometrist model.
• Train and supervise psychometrists and ensure fidelity of administration.
