Job summary

ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) seeks a licensed clinical psychologist to conduct diagnostic evaluations for young children under 6. Evaluations may be telehealth or in-person at ANNA's Missouri centers, with a focus on timely, defensible diagnoses and family-centered feedback.

The contractor will manage the full evaluation lifecycle, from record review to report writing, and will coordinate with clinical and revenue teams to maintain clean claims and quality family

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Clinical or School Psychology with licensure in MO
• Experience conducting pediatric diagnostic evaluations including autism assessments
• Proficiency with gold-standard and telehealth tools such as ADOS-2/TELE-ASD-PEDS

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children under 6 via telehealth or at ANNA's Missouri centers
• Administer appropriate standardized instruments and observe behavior
• Prepare defensible differential diagnoses and comprehensive reports
• Lead family feedback sessions with neurodiversity-affirming communication
