ANNA AUTISM CARE is seeking a Supervising Psychologist for Massachusetts diagnostic evaluations. The role is remote with MA licensure, part-time (10–20 hours/week) and involves overseeing psychometrist-delivered assessments, reviewing results, and delivering feedback to families via telehealth.

The ideal candidate holds a doctoral degree in psychology, an active MA license, and 3+ years in autism diagnostics, with experience guiding staff and using AI-assisted reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in clinical, counseling, or school psychology.
• Active, unrestricted Massachusetts psychologist license.
• 3+ years conducting autism diagnostic evaluations for young children.
• Experience delivering diagnostic feedback to families of young children.
• 1+ years of experience training or supervising testing staff (psychometrists, technicians, practicum students, or postdoctoral fellows).
• Ability to work effectively with AI-assisted report drafting and review tools, with clinical judgment to validate output.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostic evaluations for children 4 and under via psychometrist model, remotely supervising staff.
• Train and supervise psychometrists and review assessment data.
• Sign evaluation reports and maintain clinical responsibility for all evaluations.
• Deliver feedback sessions to families via telehealth with clear, compassionate communication.
• Identify data gaps and direct additional assessment or psychologist involvement.
• Ensure reports meet payer standards and are accurate and readable for families and providers.
