ANNA Autism Care in Missouri seeks a licensed psychologist to conduct diagnostic evaluations for children under age 6, delivered via telehealth or in person at ANNA's Missouri centers. This independent contractor role covers record review, caregiver interviewing, standardized assessments, and thorough reports.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of pediatric autism evaluation experience, proficiency with ADOS-2 and TELE-ASD-PEDS, and a passion for neurodiversity-affirming family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Clinical or School Psychology (PhD or PsyD) required.
• Active, unrestricted Missouri psychologist license in good standing.
• 3+ years conducting pediatric diagnostic evaluations including autism assessments.
• Proficiency with gold-standard and telehealth instruments (ADOS-2, TELE-ASD-PEDS, Vineland-3, etc.).
• Ability to deliver evaluations via telehealth or in-person.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children under 6 via telehealth or in person.
• Select and administer defensible batteries appropriate to setting (e.g., ADOS-2, TELE-ASD-PEDS).
• Develop differential diagnoses and comprehensive reports for payor standards.
• Lead family feedback sessions with clear, supportive communication.
• Maintain documentation supporting clean claims and payor credentialing.
