Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in clinical, counseling, or school psychology.
• Active, unrestricted Massachusetts psychologist license.
• 3+ years conducting autism diagnostic evaluations for young children (ADOS-2 incl.).
• Experience delivering diagnostic feedback to families.
• 1+ years training or supervising testing staff.
• Ability to work with AI-assisted report drafting and review tools.
• Comfort with telehealth delivery and HIPAA-compliant remote work.
• Strong written communication for payer-ready reports.

Responsibilities

• Review developmental history, caregiver interview data and psychometrist Results to formulate differential diagnoses for children 4 and under.
• Serve as licensed psychologist of record: make diagnostic determination and sign reports.
• Draft, review, and finalize evaluation reports with AI-assisted tooling for payer-acceptable quality.
• Direct additional assessment or direct involvement when data is insufficient.
• Conduct evaluations via telehealth or in person when appropriate.
• Lead feedback sessions with families using clear, compassionate framing.
• Train psychometrists on administration and scoring; supervise and review fidelity.
• Run weekly case reviews and QA with the psychometrist team.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, licensing standards and payer requirements.
