The ideal candidate holds a Doctoral degree and an active MA license, with 3+ years of autism diagnostic experience, expertise in ADOS-2, and comfort with telehealth and payer standards.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in clinical, counseling or school psychology is required.
• Active, unrestricted Massachusetts psychologist license.
• 3+ years conducting autism diagnostic evaluations for young children.
• Experience delivering diagnostic feedback to families.
• 1+ years training or supervising testing staff.
• Ability to work with AI-assisted report drafting and review tools.
• Comfort with telehealth delivery and HIPAA-compliant remote work.

Responsibilities

• Review developmental history and assessment data to formulate differential diagnoses for children 4 and under.
• Serve as the licensed psychologist of record; sign the evaluation report and supervise evaluations.
• Draft and finalize reports using AI-assisted tooling; ensure clinical accuracy and payer readability.
• Direct additional assessment when data are insufficient; conduct evaluations directly when needed.
• Lead feedback sessions with families via telehealth and translate findings into next steps.
