Qualifications

• 3+ years of autism diagnostic evaluations for young children (ADOS-2).
• Experience delivering diagnostic feedback to families.
• 1+ years training/supervising testing staff (psychometrists/technicians).
• Ability to work with AI-assisted report drafting and review tools.
• Telehealth with HIPAA-compliant remote work setup.
• Strong written communication for payers and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostic formulation and reporting for MA evaluations.
• Sign reports and serve as licensed psychologist of record.
• Train, supervise, and QA psychometrists; ensure fidelity.
• Review assessments (e.g., ADOS-2) and finalize reports.
• Deliver family feedback via telehealth with clarity and warmth.
• Ensure payer-compliant documentation and clean claims.
• Collaborate with intake and providers to connect services.
