Central Oregon Pediatric Associates (COPA) is looking for a Patient Intake Specialist to enhance every patient experience through exceptional service. The position is fully remote and focuses on scheduling, patient care coordination, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and have three years of customer service experience. In this role, you will be the welcoming voice of COPA, ensuring families have a smooth and supportive experience.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer service experience required.
• Clerical experience in clinical setting preferred.
• Intermediate and advanced phone, verbal and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by phone.
• Schedule same-day and future appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records within the EMR.
• Coordinate communication across departments.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and assist families with Patient Portal access.
