Job summary

Central Oregon Pediatric Associates (COPA) is seeking a Patient Services Representative for all clinics. You’ll greet patients, register and schedule, verify insurance, and support the patient portal to ensure a welcoming, efficient visit.

You will coordinate across departments and assist with forms, payments, and audits while maintaining HIPAA compliance. You’ll work in a family‑centered environment with a focus on kindness and teamwork, serving children and families across COPA’s clinics in

Qualifications

Three years of customer service experience required, clerical experience in clinical setting preferred.
Proficient with phone, verbal communication and computer skills.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service while greeting patients and managing calls.
Register patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments and document in EMR.
Coordinate communication across departments to support daily clinic operations.
Handle tasks like scanning, forms, payments, audits, and patient portal support.
Maintain HIPAA compliance and support training and workflow improvements.
