Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to deliver telehealth OT services across a diverse caseload. You will assess patient needs, create treatment plans, and deliver interventions to improve independence and function.

This full-time role emphasizes HIPAA-compliant documentation and ongoing professional development. The position supports remote service delivery with licensure reimbursement and a pathway to serve clients nationwide, including California.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CA State Occupational Therapy License or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview.
• Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform.
• Should be comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Feeding and/or Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assessments: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment findings.
• Intervention: Provide remote occupational therapy services and interventions to improve functional abilities.
• Education: Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to enhance independence and well‑being.
• Documentation: Maintain up‑to‑date patient records, progress notes, and plans.
• Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA and other privacy/regulatory standards.
• Technology: Use telehealth platforms effectively to conduct remote sessions.
• Continuing Education: Stay current with developments in occupational therapy.
