Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales in PCB/electronics manufacturing.
• Record of meeting sales targets and generating new business.
• Strong knowledge of PCB fabrication and customer requirements.
• Experience managing RFQ/RFP opportunities and long sales cycles.
• Excellent prospecting, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated hunter mentality with CRM and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and target markets.
• Engage OEMs, EMS providers and strategic customers.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through quotation, negotiation, and close.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and customer presentations.
• Participate in RFQ/RFP opportunities and contract negotiations.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM tracking.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals.
