Job summary

Innovative Network of Knowledge is seeking licensed Texas educators for online, project-based teaching roles. The position emphasizes delivering rigorous lessons, coordinating with colleagues, and supporting students’ academic and personal growth in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities include implementing PBL curricula, monitoring progress, and collaborating with families and staff to maintain a strong educational community.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree and teaching certificate in subject area.
• Minimum of 2 years classroom teaching experience.
• Texas rules and regulations knowledge or willingness to learn.
• Eagerness to lead rich Project Based Learning (PBL) classrooms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of student learning experience.
• Develop and implement rigorous, standards-aligned lessons.
• Monitor student progress and provide enrichment/remediation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with IEP/504/GT/Special Programs.
• Co-teach in PBL labs and participate in PLCs and staff meetings.
• Engage with families and maintain a positive school image.
