Job summary

Big Ideas Educational Services is seeking a Math Certified Project-Based Learning (PBL) Teacher to deliver standards-aligned instruction through engaging, real-world math projects for elementary students. The teacher will work with the Instructional Coach and Site Coordinator to tailor lessons and monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Teaching Certificate with Mathematics, Elementary Education, or related certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• 1–2 years of classroom teaching experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Florida's B.E.S.T. Mathematics Standards.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Ability to use student assessment data to guide instruction.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a professional learning team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project-based mathematics instruction aligned with Florida's B.E.S.T. Standards.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and monitor progress.
• Administer and analyze assessments to guide instructional planning and interventions.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and academic performance.
• Collaborate with the Instructional Coach and Site Coordinator to ensure high-quality program implementation.
• Create engaging daily lesson plans and integrate technology and hands-on activities.
