Job summary

Qualifications

• Michigan Special Education Teaching Certification with endorsement in appropriate area of disability.
• Experience with students with special needs, preferably in a project-based learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs addressing students' learning needs and goals.
• Create engaging, differentiated projects and resources for students with special needs.
• Employ diverse instructional strategies and media to meet student needs.
• Monitor and document student progress and adjust instruction.
• Foster relationships with students and colleagues.
• Collaborate with families and community partners to support learning.
