Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required.
• Florida reading certification or Elementary Education certification required.
• 1–2 years classroom teaching experience preferred.
• Experience with Florida B.E.S.T. Standards and literacy instruction recommended.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project-based reading instruction aligned with Florida B.E.S.T. Standards.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
• Collect and analyze student data to plan instruction.
• Maintain records of student progress and communicate with parents.
