This role involves supporting payroll processing, monitoring tax laws, and managing payroll tax notices. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential to collaborate effectively with HR and finance teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR/payroll experience focused on payroll tax and compliance.
• Experience with multi-state payroll tax filings, regulations, and audits.
• Proficient in researching payroll tax requirements and communicating findings.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll processing, including tracking payroll tax notices.
• Monitor federal, state, and local payroll tax laws.
• Audit employee tax profiles to ensure accuracy.
