Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with payroll software providers (ADP/Paychex).
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations.
• Ability to meet payroll deadlines.
• Experience with government contractors payroll is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process payroll for employees with accurate wage calculations.
• Manage timekeeping data, including deductions and leave.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws for government contractors.
• Maintain payroll records and reconcile payroll reports.
• Handle benefits deductions and respond to payroll inquiries.
• Generate payroll reports and support audits and filings.
