Job summary

Precise Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Payroll Supervisor for a fast-paced government contracting environment. Hybrid/Remote schedule with 2 days per week in Reston, VA office.

You will oversee multi-state, multi-cycle payrolls for 800+ employees including SCLS and CBA scenarios. Requires at least 4 years of full-cycle payroll experience, ADP Workforce Now expertise, and familiarity with DELTEK COSTPOINT.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of full-cycle payroll experience for 1000+ employees.
• Experience with SCLS and CBA payroll requirements.
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now; Deltek Costpoint a plus.
• U.S. Government contracting experience preferred; ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Process payrolls for multiple cycles (semi-monthly and bi-weekly).
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations for US employees.
• Supervise payroll processing; manage complex timesheets and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with HR and accounting to resolve payroll issues.
