Job summary

Precise Systems is seeking a highly motivated Payroll Supervisor to manage multi-state, multi-cycle payrolls in a fast-paced government contracting environment. The role requires supervision of processing for 800+ employees, including those under SCLS and CBA.

Hybrid/Remote work with 2 days in Reston, VA office; requires ability to obtain a Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship. Strong ADP Workforce Now and Deltek Costpoint experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma (BA preferred).
• Minimum 4 years full-cycle payroll experience with organizations of 1000+ employees.
• Proven experience with SCLS and CBA-type payrolls.
• Experience with government contracting environments and multi-state payrolls.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise payroll for 800+ employees across semi-monthly and bi-weekly cycles.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws, regulations, and SCLS/CBA requirements.
• Coordinate with HR and finance to resolve payroll issues and audits.
