Job summary

Precise Systems is seeking a highly self-motivated Payroll Supervisor in a fast-paced government contracting environment with multi-state payrolls, based in Reston, VA. This hybrid role requires 2 days in the office weekly.

Responsibilities include supervising full-cycle payroll for 800+ employees, ensuring SCLS and CBA compliance, and acting as the subject-matter expert for ADP Workforce Now and Costpoint. U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years full-cycle payroll experience
• Experience with government contracting payroll
• Strong knowledge of SCLS and CBA payrolls

• Process/ supervise multiple payroll cycles for 800+ employees
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and contracts
