Wilkins Media is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage end-to-end payroll processes remotely. You will ensure accurate compensation, deductions, and benefits, while handling payroll tax calculations and filings. This role requires meticulous records, confidentiality, and collaboration with HR.

Experience with payroll software and HRIS, plus strong data analysis and accounting basics, will help drive compliance and efficiency in a media services environment.

Formación

• Payroll administration experience including processing regular payroll cycles and maintaining detailed payroll records.
• Knowledge of garnishments and payroll taxes, with the ability to calculate, withhold, and remit payments in compliance with regulations.
• Experience managing employee benefits as they relate to payroll, including deductions, enrollments, and changes.
• Foundational accounting skills to reconcile payroll data with general ledger and support financial reporting.
• Familiarity with payroll software and HRIS systems; proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy in handling sensitive employee information.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with remote teams.
• Prior experience in a media, advertising, or services environment beneficial; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Process end-to-end payroll cycles on schedule and ensure accurate compensation and deductions.
