Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote Payroll Specialist to manage global payroll operations for a rapidly growing, international consultancy. This fully remote role handles data input through final disbursement, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance across countries.

You will process multi-state and international payroll, handle time tracking, deductions, taxes, and benefits, and generate reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a multi-state or international environment.
• Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday Payroll, Paycom) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and remote collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Experience with international payroll is a significant advantage.
