Qualifications

• 2–4 years of payroll or related accounting/finance experience.
• Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking and ADP Smart Compliance required.
• Strong knowledge of payroll policies and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit payroll for multiple pay groups on time and accurately.
• Answer employee and management questions regarding paychecks and payroll matters.
• Audit payroll reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage garnishments, direct deposits, and on-demand checks.
• Coordinate with HR on separations and ensure proper check delivery.
• Upload agency notices to ADP Smart Compliance and confirm funding.
