• Responds to inquiries from staff and faculty about payroll questions.
• Audits payroll reports for accuracy and timeliness across pay groups.
• Audits on-demand checks (lost checks, retro changes) before settlement.
• Maintains records of exception checks issued within the department.
• Performs retroactive compensation changes and garnishments processing.
• Coordinates with managers and HR on separation timelines and delivery.
