Job summary

FosterThomas, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Implementation Consultant (ADPTM) to lead Lyric/Lifion payroll implementations on a remote basis. The role expects 3+ years of ADP Lyric experience, strong Excel and project management skills, and the ability to coordinate across departments while guiding client engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven work experience implementing ADP Lyric/payroll modules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all module phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.
• Create project plans with deliverables, activities, timelines and budgets.
• Oversee milestones and coordinate resources across modules.
• Collaborate with other departments impacting the project.
• Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through module implementation.
• Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports.
• This role may require travel up to 15% to client sites.
