FosterThomas is seeking a Human Resources Implementation Consultant to help plan, coordinate, and implement the ADP Lyric domain for diverse clients. You will work with SMEs to deliver HR solutions within time and budget constraints, collaborating across client teams and vendors.

The role emphasizes ADP product expertise, strong communication, and the ability to travel to client sites as needed, with a virtual full-time work setup and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree and 3+ years of ADP HR experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other HCM systems.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills; Visio and Tableau a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADP Lyric domain implementation and data validation.
• Coordinate project activities, milestones, and deliverables with clients and teams.
• Communicate expectations clearly with ADP, client, and third-party vendors.
• Prepare and deliver weekly project summaries to client and manager.
• Ensure time tracking and ~35-38 billable hours per week are non-administrative.
